We’ve extended our usual UK returns period for the festive season.

Any full price items purchased online at nobodyschild.com on or after 18th November 2025 can be returned via the online returns portal until 5th January 2026 for a refund back to your original payment method. Please note, items purchased online cannot be returned to store.

If our standard 30-day returns window ends after this date, the later date will apply. All other terms of our standard returns policy remain in place, including the 14-day return period for sale items.

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and our warehouse team will get your order on its way to you as soon as possible. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's been dispatched with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. Please note that delivery dates are estimated and your order may arrive sooner or later than the given dates. If your tracking information hasn't updated in three days, please contact us.

Please allow up to up to 21 days for your returns to be processed from the date of posting. An email will be sent to you once your return is with the warehouse, and a further email will be sent once the refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for your refund to appear in your account. For further information please contact our customer services team. 

To generate a return for multiple parcels, you will need to generate multiple labels through the portal. To do this, decide which items are going into parcel and then open the returns portal here: Nobodys Child | Tracked Returns

Then, select only the items that are going into the first parcel and proceed to the creation of the label. This will be the label for this parcel.

After this, you can go back onto the portal and create another label for the next parcel, and can repeat this for as many labels as you need. 

Within 15 minutes of placing your order you are able to correct your email address if mistyped*, switch your delivery method*, change your delivery address* and add a retrospective discount code. 

*Harper & DPD Store Pickup options are excluded, sorry! 

It is not possible to cancel an order once it's been placed

If an item is missing from your order it is likely that it was out of stock at the time the order was placed. If this is the case, then you will have automatically been refunded. Please note fragrances are shipped separately.

We accept returns for all full price items within 30 days of receiving your order, for all sale or markdown items we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. 

Generate your return via our Nobody's Child returns portal here. Please ensure the items are in perfect condition, unworn, and with tags attached (when they apply).

All returns must be dropped off at the post office. Returns cannot be sent via Royal Mail lockers or post-boxes. 

Online purchases cannot be returned in-store, as our stores currently operate on a separate inventory and returns system from our online platform.

You can find the correct order number on your dispatch note listed as the SO reference. It's a 14-digit number that starts with GE.

International customers so you will be responsible for the cost of sending the return back to us. We accept returns for all full price items within 30 days of receiving your order, if it's in perfect condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached. For all sale items or orders placed with a voucher code, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.
