Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email so you know it’s safely in our system. Our warehouse team will then carefully pack your items and get them ready to ship.
For standard delivery, orders generally arrive within 3–7 working days from when you place your order. This is an estimated timeframe, so your parcel may sometimes arrive a little earlier - or a bit later - depending on how busy things are.
If you haven’t received your dispatch email or tracking link after a few days, don’t worry just yet. Your order is still being processed and should be on its way soon.
Delays are rare, but if your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!"
Once you’ve posted your return, it can take a few days for the parcel to arrive at our warehouse. To track your return, please input the 'Barcode Number' from your proof of postage receipt here. Include the following line:
Please retain your physical proof of postage until you have received the refund back into your account. You’ll receive an email once your return has been received, and another email to confirm when your refund has been processed.
Please note, it can take a few working days for the refund to appear in your account after we’ve processed it, depending on your bank.
We kindly ask that you only contact us if you haven’t received your refund within 5 working days after receiving the email confirming your refund is being processed. This helps us focus on processing refunds quickly for everyone.
To generate a return for multiple parcels, you will need to generate multiple labels through the portal. To do this, decide which items are going into parcel and then open the returns portal here: Nobodys Child | Tracked Returns.
Then, select only the items that are going into the first parcel and proceed to the creation of the label. This will be the label for this parcel.
After this, you can go back onto the portal and create another label for the next parcel, and can repeat this for as many labels as you need.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are placed. However, you do have the ability to edit your order within 15 minutes of placing it. You are able to correct your email address if mistyped, switch your delivery method, change your delivery address and add a retrospective discount code.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which allow you to cancel your contract and return items purchased online within the specified timeframes. If an item is missing from your order it is likely that it was out of stock at the time the order was placed. If this is the case, then you will have automatically been refunded. Please note fragrances are shipped separately.
For all full price items, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order if it's in perfect condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached. For all sale and markdown items, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

All returns must be dropped off at the post office. Returns cannot be sent via Royal Mail lockers or postboxes. Online purchases cannot be returned in-store, as our stores currently operate on a separate inventory and returns system from our online platform.

You can find the correct order number on your dispatch note listed as the SO reference. It's a 14-digit number that starts with GE.
International customers so you will be responsible for the cost of sending the return back to us. We accept returns for all full price items within 30 days of receiving your order, if it's in perfect condition, unworn, and with the tags still attached. For all sale items or orders placed with a voucher code, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We are unable to accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.
