“For AW25, we’ve focused on using fabrics rated ‘Best’ or ‘Great’ in our Materials Matrix. 98% of the collection falls into these top two categories: 92% is certified organic cotton grown without harmful chemicals, 5.7% is recycled cotton from pre- and post-consumer sources, and 0.65% is best-practice cellulosics such as Lenzing TENCEL™ and Refibra™, made from responsibly managed forestry and recycled feedstock. Stretch is limited to 0.8% in total, just enough for comfort but we never use more than necessary.”Our Materials Matrix is our internal tool for grading fibres by weight, setting targets, and tracking progress against our circular design principles. We use this tool to report on collections and seasons, but we never use it at product level. We always design with durability, repairability, and recyclability in mind and only essential, functional hardware is used across the range — minimising trims makes pieces easier to recycle at the end of their life.
