How it works:

Follow SOJO’s simple steps (including expert advice on how to pin, match or measure your item) and arrange a collection time.
2. Let SOJO work their magic
SOJO will collect your item and do their good work.
3. Delivered to your door
In London your item will be returned to you via zero emission riders in London. If you’re a nationwide customer, SOJO aims to deliver via DPD Green in seven days.
Q. How long does it take?
SOJO’s service takes around five days and 10 days to collect, repair and deliver it back to you.

Q. How do I prepare my order for collection?
Before your SOJO rider arrives to collect your clothes, it’s important to make sure they are clean. Please pre-wash your NC item.
Q. How do I package my clothes for collection?
For London customers, a SOJO rider will collect your clothes so all you need to do is hand them over. They will then carefully place them into your reusable SOJO package and label it with your order number.
For nationwide customers, securely box or wrap up your package, print your label and drop it off at any of the 6,000+ DPD points around the UK.
Q. What happens if I want to return my item?
Once you’ve had your item altered it’ll no longer be eligible to return via our policy however SOJO are dedicated to making the fit work for you. Please contact our customer services team directly.
