Our Favourite Fashion Instagrammers of the Moment...
Fashion Instagrammers. Where would we be without them? For starters, we wouldn’t know where to go for the most photographic matcha lattes. We’d have no idea how much better the confines of our make-up case looked sprawled over a marble table. And we’d be completely in the dark about how effective our latest Floral Wrap Dress looks against a plain coloured wall…
In celebration of their commitment to all things style, beauty and caffeine, today we’re taking a closer look at four of our absolute favourite fashion instagrammers.
Though based in London, Carmen’s white washed insta feed looks anything but. By focussing on a neutral palette, and throwing in warming hues of orange and green, she's created an overall tropical vibe.
We love – her fondness for palms. While many fashion bloggers make use of the old white background, Carmen adds a little originality to hers with a selection of tropical plants, and she couldn’t be more on trend, what with palm prints flourishing as one of this season’s freshest trends. Take this cami top, for instance...
Lola’s insta feed is a one-way ticket to pastel paradise. She takes the tried-and-tested white wash canvas, and brings it to life with a palette of sea greens, baby blues, and cotton candy pinks. The result is beautifully soft on the eyes, with little pockets of look-at-me detail.
We love – her casj-chic styling. Lola seamlessly blurs sports luxe and minimalist-cool, with her wardrobe of tailored culottes, nineties bombers and minimalistic Saucony sneakers.
Whitewash stone buildings one minute, London cityscapes the next; Isabella’s Instagram feed beautifully reflects her bio description as a London blogger who likes to travel. Exotic cacti, English roses; Mediterranean mosaic, Metropolitan tarmac; flame red summer dress, oversized fawn jumper and jeans. It’s a page of beautiful contradictions.
We love – her foodie flatlays. Whether it’s a perfectly bronzed brioche bun, a dazzlingly colourful continental breakfast, or a hangover-curing display of eggs, bacon and flatwhite coffee, Isabella does #foodporn like no one else.
A consistent colour palette is key if you’re trying to achieve any level of insta fame, and there couldn’t a better example of how to do this right than Audrie's gorgeously muted-grey Instagram feed. Focussing on fashion and lifestyle, it doesn’t matter whether she’s posting a floral print maxi dress or a deliciously dark cup of coffee, every single picture matches her desaturated colour scheme. And nothing looks over-filtered!
We love – her uniqueness. There literally isn’t another feed like hers.
