Our Social Committee ensures there’s always something to look forward to, from celebrations of key events and brand moments to monthly socials with everything from book clubs to bracelet-making and vision boarding. Wellbeing is important here at NC. We prioritise our team’s happiness and mental health with wellbeing Wednesdays reminders and daily wellbeing hours to ensure time to recharge. Our partnership with the Retail Trust also offers a full spectrum of wellbeing support, including counselling services, financial aid and advice, legal services, crisis support, and more. With trained Mental Health First Aiders available too, we’re always here to listen when it counts.
