That’s why we’re dedicated to building a supply chain that’s fair, open, and based on respect for all involved.

Transparency in our Supply chain In 2024, we partnered with Fairly Made to give us full visibility into our supply chain. This enables us to see exactly who’s involved, where they sit, and any potential human rights risks at each stage. Here’s a map of countries where our production takes place.

Here’s a look at our supply chain tiers:

Tier 0: Head Office, Our Stores & Warehouses

It’s a low-risk tier, but we still prioritise fair practices and environmental standards.


Tier 1: Garment Manufacturers

This covers factories involved in cutting, sewing, and finishing garments. Risks include working conditions, wages, and resource consumption.


Tier 2: Fabric and Materials Production

This includes textile mills and dye houses. The risks here are environmental impact, chemical safety, and resource consumption.


Tier 3: Raw Material Processing

This involves spinning and leather tanning. Risks include unfair labor practices, chemical use, and resource consumption.


Tier 4: Raw Material Sourcing

This covers farms, forests, and recycled polymers. The risks include unfair labor practices and resource and land consumption.

Fair Work & Ethical Practices

We’re committed to ensuring safe, fair, and paid work for everyone across our supply chain. 100% of our Tier 1 supply partners are audited to SMETA or BSCI standards. We also conduct regular supply chain visits and maintain an open, face-to-face dialogue with our partners. Our Supplier Handbook sets clear policies across labour practices, workplace management, environmental protection, and responsible material sourcing.

GIVING BACK

It’s important to give back. That’s why we’ve supported a range of charitable causes over the years, from natural disaster relief to social justice initiatives.

In 2024, we continued our partnership with Smart Works, a charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for success in their job interviews. Over 3,000 units of stock were donated, helping women gain the confidence they need to secure new roles.



We also worked with Shelter, raising over £109,556 through clothing donations to support families facing homelessness. Members of our team will be running 10km in July 2025 to raise even more for this vital cause.
