What happened? 

A system error on our website triggered refunds for the recent purchases of a number of our customers. 

If you have been directed here by email from, this has affected you. 

The system error only affected certain items and did not affect all orders. 

You should now be able to see this refunded amount returned in your banking provider. 


What should I do now? 

We take responsibility for this mistake, but kindly ask that you either return the item(s) delivered or make the payment for the item(s)

We want to make this as easy as possible for you so please kindly follow the instructions below to action your refund or return.
